Among above 16 cities in Yangtze dalta, Shanghai is a city of Province level and is government directly by central government while all others 15 are of area level in general which is just a lower level of a Province. However, 3 of these 15 cities are authorized by central government to enjoy quasi-province governmental popedom. They are Ningbo, Hangzhou and Nanjing. Ningbo is a Planned-Single-Listed city just same to Shenzhen, Qingdao, Dalian and Xiamen, whoes economy governmental popedom is single-listed out from Zhejiang Provice, which is geographically and Politically its superior. Hangzhou is capital of Zhejiang Province while Nanjing is Jiangsu's. |
